What You’ll Gain Strong pay: Earn $65,000–$80,000+ annually, hourly based on experience and ability Stability: Established, growing company with long-term opportunities Work-life balance: Consistent daytime schedule Full benefits: Health, dental, vision, life insurance, and Simple IRA with company match Positive Environment: You’ll know your coworkers and be valued for your contribution—not just a number on a line What You’ll Do Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications Perform MIG and TIG welding on a variety of metals, including steel, stainless steel, and aluminum Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools and equipment Inspect and verify work to ensure it meets quality and safety standards Collaborate with team members to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment What We’re Looking For Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication Strong understanding of various welding techniques Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Physically to lift and move heavy materials and stand for extended periods Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and positive attitude Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Schedule Monday–Friday 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (includes paid lunch) More Than a Job — A Place to Belong At DS Machine, our culture is rooted in faith, integrity, and respect for one another.
