Machine Shop Lead

ASML in Wilton, CT is seeking a Foundation Team Leader to own a domain-specific Enabler within the machine shop, ensuring availability, quality and reliability of services while driving performance and people management. You will lead day-to-day shop operations, plan capacity, translate design intent into manufacturable solutions, coach machinists, uphold safety and quality, and collaborate with engineers and proto teams to meet delivery needs.
