The Role
As the Restaurant Manager, you are the heartbeat of the business. You’ll be responsible for the atmosphere, the flow of service, and the development of our incredible staff—all within a balanced schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Floor: Oversee all FOH operations, including service execution, floor plans, and shift management.
- Coach & Mentor: Train and motivate our servers, hosts, and bartenders to deliver excellence.
- Guest Obsessed: Ensure a welcoming atmosphere and handle guest feedback with professional grace.
- Operational Excellence: Manage scheduling and maintain strict standards for cleanliness and compliance.
- Bridge the Gap: Collaborate with kitchen leadership to ensure a seamless service flow.
Who You Are
You’re a hospitality pro who knows that great service is all in the details. You can juggle a dozen tasks at once without losing your cool.
- Experienced: Background in restaurant management or supervision.
- Communicator: Strong leadership skills with a team-first mentality.
- Resilient: Ability to multitask and perform at a high level under pressure.
