Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist

We are excited to announce that in partnership with Health Monitor , we are currently looking for Virtual Customer Engagement Specialists to join our team. In this position, you will be responsible for promoting a product to specialty healthcare providers in an assigned territory. T he Virtual Customer Engagement Specialist is primarily responsible for achieving sales forecast and gaining adoption and utilization of the product.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ability to deliver accurate product information, feature/benefits and recommended utilization to Healthcare Professionals by phone

• Advance listening and decision-making skills

• Ability to understand and convey complex product-related information in an educated, reassuring, and professional manner while in a real-time environment

• Ability to accept and quickly apply coaching and feedback to improve individual performance and customer experience

• Ability to handle multiple tasks such as actively listening to our caller’s need while navigating our CRM and consistently providing accurate and complete information on the requested topic.

• High work ethic, reliable and punctual in reporting for scheduled work

• Ability to be flexible as needed to meet the fluctuating business needs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of business to business (BTB) sales experience

• Minimum 1 year of inside sales experience

• Pharmaceutical or Medical Device Experience

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

The potential base pay range for this role is $23.00 - $26.44 per hour. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
