Business Intelligence Lead

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We require a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Analytics, or a closely related discipline.
• We look for at least five years of experience in a business intelligence role within a large, complex organization.
• We need two years of direct team leadership experience.
• We expect proven success delivering business intelligence solutions in cloud environments.
• We require hands-on expertise with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Qlik, Power BI, or Sigma.
• We need a strong grasp of data visualization, dashboard design, and self-service analytics.
• We value excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project management skills.
• We need the ability to turn complex business requirements into technical solutions.
• We require experience with talent acquisition analytics, including pipeline and funnel metrics, as well as hiring manager and recruiter performance reporting.
• A masters degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Experience with human resources data and analytics in a multinational organization is preferred.
• Experience integrating business intelligence tools with cloud data platforms, especially Databricks, is preferred.

• We lead the development of self-service analytics capabilities so users can explore data independently and generate insights.
• We safeguard data integrity, security, compliance, governance, and overall solution quality across our business intelligence environment.
• We monitor the performance of our business intelligence solutions, gather user feedback, and drive enhancements for continuous improvement.
• We manage and mentor a team of business intelligence professionals, encouraging collaboration and professional development.
• We integrate business intelligence tools with cloud data platforms, ideally Databricks, to improve analytics delivery.
