Operations Supervisor

Overview The Operations Supervisor oversees daily operational activities of the retail store to ensure efficient merchandise flow and an exceptional client experience. This role supports store leadership by managing inventory processes, stockroom organization, and operational procedures. The supervisor coordinates receiving, replenishment, and visual compliance while training and directing operations staff. Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations including receiving, processing, and merchandising of stock Maintain inventory accuracy and organize the stockroom to support replenishment cycles Coordinate with store leadership on loss prevention, safety, and operational controls Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation standards are met Train, schedule, and develop operations team members to meet performance goals Use inventory management systems and POS tools to track stock movement and discrepancies Qualifications 3+ years of retail operations or supervisory experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks Experience with inventory management systems and basic point-of-sale operations Proven leadership and communication skills with the ability to train and motivate staff Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays Physical ability to handle merchandise and perform stockroom duties #J-18808-Ljbffr
