Eisep Caregiver PositionAIM is seeking an EISEP (Expanded In-home Services for the Elderly) Caregiver to join our mission-driven organization. Each task will be specific to the consumer's care plan and should be followed as stated.Essential Functions:The goal is to assist people with disabilities in completing daily living activities such as:GroomingMobility/transfersDressingHousekeepingWellness ActivitiesCommunity ErrandsCookingToiletingHygieneExperience and Qualifications:Be at least 18 years of age.Provide complete documentation that supports authorization to work in the USA.Perform tasks as stated on the individual care plan.Willing and able to complete forms including annual health screening, annual TB testing, and any follow-up criminal background checks as needed.Physical and Environmental Requirements:Pre-employment physical and TB test.Complete MMR Vaccination (measles, mumps, and rubella) or Titer Evaluation.Ability to effectively interact and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds.Flexibility and ability to manage a complex workload in varied work environments.Willingness to travel to Consumer homes.Willingness and ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.Our clients depend on quality, reliable care.
