About the Role Our client is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join their remote-first marketing team, operating from their administrative hub in Kimberley . You will play a key role in developing visually compelling assets that communicate brand messages effectively across various digital and print platforms. This position requires a strong design sensibility, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate concepts into impactful visuals, collaborating closely with marketing specialists and content creators in a virtual environment to meet project deadlines. Key Responsibilities Design marketing collateral, social media graphics, website elements, and other visual assets. Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency. Collaborate with marketing team members to understand project requirements and creative briefs. Prepare final artwork for print or digital deployment, ensuring correct specifications. Stay current with design trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the team. Requirements Minimum 3 years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse design projects. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is essential. Understanding of design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively in a fully remote setting. Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to teamwork and feedback.
