Job Title:         Production Test Technician I

Client:              Medical Device Manufacturing Conpany
Location:         Waltham, MA

Duration:         6 months

Shift:                1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

Description:

Key Responsibilities

• Perform electro-mechanical assembly of analyzers.
• Calibrate electronic devices according to customer orders.
• Use hand tools and test equipment.
• Follow documented procedures and quality standards.
• Complete work orders on schedule and meet standard time.
• Identify and report nonconforming products/materials and safety issues.
• Record labor time accurately in the MRP system.
• Maintain work area according to 6S/Lean standards.
• Support multiple areas within the department as needed.

Required Skills

• Manual dexterity and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks/priorities.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork.
• Comfortable working with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Education & Experience

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• 0–2 years of related experience typically required.
• Lean manufacturing experience is a plus.
