- Days, 3x12, 36hrs/week
- Direct, plan, and control nursing activities and patient care.
- Make clinical decisions based on measurable and verifiable criteria.
- Work independently while collaborating effectively with the healthcare team.
- Implement the plan of care to ensure patient safety, correct-site procedures, medication administration, and prevention of surgical complications and infections.
- Monitor and maintain patients' physiological status, wound healing, tissue perfusion, and fluid/electrolyte balance.
- Protect patients' rights, dignity, privacy, and confidentiality while providing age-appropriate, culturally competent, and ethical care.
- Accurately document all nursing care.
- Maintain required competencies and participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- Serve as a patient advocate, comply with hospital policies and procedures, float to qualified departments as needed, and perform other assigned duties.
- Current RN license in State of Oregon, BLS, ACLS, & PALS Certification, TNCC.
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
- CNOR, Peri-op 101, CRASE training: If travel assignment extends beyond a 6-month period, CRASE training will be required.
- Previous RN circulator experience, Peri-op 101 course, Scrub experience.
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
- Copy of all current required certifications and compliance documents (e.g., . BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test, or other client-specific requirements ) .
