Position Graham Healthcare Group is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Hospice for a nursing job in Hinsdale, Illinois. Job Details Specialty: Hospice Discipline: RN Duration: Ongoing 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours Employment Type: Staff What You’ll Do Deliver compassionate, patient-centered care in a hospice setting, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team dedicated to comfort, dignity, and quality of life Perform comprehensive patient assessments, symptom and pain management, and individualized end-of-life care planning Educate and support patients and families through the end-of-life journey, ensuring they feel informed, prepared, and deeply cared for Think critically, solve problems in real time, and ensure thorough, compliant EMR documentation Work independently, but never alone Travel to patient homes within assigned territory Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state you work Two years of RN experience with clinical expertise to deliver quality patient care; hospice experience preferred Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, and Pet Insurance Fleet Vehicle Program Generous PTO 401(k) with company match Paid parental leave Up to 90% off degrees and certifications through our Purdue University partnership Additional Information First year success bonus of $10,000 for meeting key milestones.
