As part of a broader growth initiative, the firm is expanding its Strategic Pricing team and seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Pricing to help shape the future of legal pricing, profitability, and client engagement
.This is not a traditional pricing role focused solely on rates and approvals. The position sits at the intersection of finance, client strategy, legal operations, and innovation, providing direct exposure to firm leadership and key stakeholders across the organization

Position Overv
iewThe Director of Strategic Pricing will serve as a senior commercial leader responsible for developing pricing strategies, alternative fee arrangements, profitability initiatives, and client-focused financial solutions. This individual will partner closely with attorneys, finance leadership, business development teams, and operational stakeholders to create innovative pricing structures that strengthen client relationships and support firm grow
