Government Workforce & Contingent Labor Lead (Remote)

Humana

Humana Government Business is seeking a Workforce Management Professional 2 to liaise between HGB and HR, ensuring compliant staffing for government contracts. You will support cost proposals, audits, and maintenance of the Position Tracking System while managing relationships with our contingent labor vendor. You will respond to HR information requests, guide payroll on SCA requirements, and post vacancies in Workday. Occasional travel to Humana offices may be required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
