What You'll Do: Receive deliveries of catering items from our food partner/delivery partners Heat and finish meals in the oven, garnishing according to chef's specifications Present and serve food in a clean and organized manner Educate customers & professionally answer food related questions Assist Porter/Barista with coffee grinding and brewing equipment when necessary Maintain careful inventory of all food products/orders Troubleshoot breakdowns, maintaining supplies, assisting Barista with performing preventive maintenance. Stocking and restocking of snack products. Quality Assurance of all food and beverage items service 3 Coffee machines, 4 Water/ice machines, helping manage the micro market--accepting orders & stocking products Previous Hospitality, culinary, food prep experience and proven track record of success Possess a Serv Safe Manager Certificate current Food Handler Card and understand food safety principles Meticulous, dependable, organized, forward thinking, initiative-taking, and approachable. Comfortable learning new tasks and using new tools. Accurate problem reporting and resolution Careful understanding of products, allergens, and ingredients.
