Safely and accurately apply fertilizers, pesticides, and other specialized treatments. Resist rushed, volume-focused practices by maintaining a strong emphasis on quality and safety at all times. Operate and respect heavily invested, top-tier company equipment. Engage actively in continuous education and high-level training programs provided by the company. Take personal pride in all work completed on site. Requirements Minimum 3 years experience as a Lawn and/or Plant Health Technician. A strong commitment to building a long-term career in the tree care industry. Dedication to stringent safety standards and professional conduct.
