Phlebotomist

Join Pride Health as a Phlebotomist III - Floater Atlanta, GA! This is a 6+ months contract role (with high possibility of extension or conversion) offering a great opportunity for experience to excel in a dynamic environment. Role: Phlebotomist II or III Floater. Location: Atlanta GA 30342 or Atlanta GA 30318 Shift Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:45 PM EST Hours per Week: 40 hours Start Date: ASAP Pay Highlights: $21 - 25.50/hour (Based on years of experience & level II or III Floater) Key Responsibilities Perform venipuncture, capillary collections, and specimen processing procedures accurately and efficiently Collect blood specimens from pediatric, geriatric, and adult patients Verify patient demographics and ensure accurate specimen labeling Maintain all required documentation and patient records Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, HIPAA, and quality procedures Provide excellent patient care and maintain a professional environment Travel between multiple Patient Service Centers and in-office locations as required Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities Support both forensic and clinical specimen collection procedures Maintain confidentiality and uphold organizational standards Qualifications Education: High School Diploma or GED required. Experience: Minimum 3 years of phlebotomy experience required. Note: Local candidates with reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and clean driving record within 30 miles are eligible. Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credit.
