Retrieve dirty dishes, silverware, and glassware during and after meals and deliver to assigned dishwashing area. Retrieve clean dishes, glassware, and silverware from dishwashing area and distribute to service station locations. Maintain cleanliness of work and guest areas including duties such as: vacuum, sweep, mop, pick up trash, etc. Fill ice stations, polish silver, fold napkins, and stock supplies including dishes. Prepare tables for guests including removal of any dirty dishes, cleaning tables, changing tablecloths or linens, resetting with plates, stemware, glasses, silverware, and napkins. Take beverages and refills of beverages to customers at appropriate times. Remove trash and dirty linens from work area and deliver to appropriate areas. Greet, welcome and thank guests appropriately. May at times, assist with seating and hosting duties. Attend all departmental and company training programs or meetings as directed. Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Adhere to all gaming laws and regulations. Perform all job duties in a safe and responsible manner including keeping areas clean and free of safety hazards, debris and litter. Meet department uniform, appearance and grooming requirements. Any reasonably requested job duty needed to promote productivity in the efficient administration of business or any reasonable request made by your supervisor or management personnel.
