Nextaff is hiring RNs and LPNs for healthcare staffing opportunities throughout the Peoria, Illinois area.

Nextaff is seeking dependable, compassionate nurses to join our healthcare staffing team and provide quality patient care in skilled nursing, long-term care, rehabilitation, assisted living, and other healthcare settings.
What You'll Do
- Provide safe, compassionate, and high-quality nursing care to patients and residents.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and facility policies.
- Monitor patient conditions and communicate changes to the appropriate healthcare team.
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with CNAs, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
- Follow infection-control, safety, and facility procedures.
- Support patients and families with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
- Maintain a positive and dependable presence at assigned facilities.
What We're Looking For
- Registered Nurses (RNs):
- Current, active Illinois RN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on assignment.
- Long-term care, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital, or assisted-living experience preferred.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
- Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs):
- Current, active Illinois LPN license.
- Current CPR/BLS certification preferred or required based on assignment.
- LTC, SNF, rehabilitation, assisted-living, or other clinical experience preferred.
- Strong patient-care and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
