Responsibilities include managing targeted patient ratios of 1:4 (up to 1:5–6), caring for patients with stable chronic ventilators, and charting via Epic EMR. Mandatory floating is required across Premier Health campuses (Dayton main campus, Centerville south campus, and Englewood north campus).
