This hybrid role combines hands-on technical service with consultative sales, giving you the opportunity to diagnose, repair, and improve HVAC systems while helping customers make informed decisions about upgrades and maintenance solutions.We are looking for a driven professional who takes pride in quality workmanship, delivers outstanding customer service, and identifies opportunities to provide long-term value to homeowners and businesses.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot, repair, and install residential and/or commercial HVAC systemsAccurately diagnose mechanical and electrical system issuesClearly explain technical findings and solution options to customersPromote preventative maintenance plans and system upgrades when appropriateIdentify upsell opportunities in a consultative, non-pushy mannerMaintain accurate service documentation and detailed service reportsEnsure compliance with all local codes and safety regulationsParticipate in scheduled on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as required)Maintain a professional appearance that reflects positively on the company
