Senior Game Producer

Experienced in game production, the full-time remote Senior Game Producer will lead end-to-end production for the Subnautica franchise, collaborating with teams to translate the game's vision into actionable plans while managing project roadmaps and partner relationships. Key responsibilities Lead end-to-end production for game projects and development teams Establish and maintain project roadmaps, milestones, and schedules while coordinating across multiple disciplines Identify risks and dependencies, providing leadership with clear updates on team progress and key decisions Required qualifications 5+ years of professional game development experience in a production or project management role Experience shipping at least 3+ PC or Console games through the full development lifecycle Deep understanding of project management methodologies and the game development process Strong desire to coach and grow individual contributors and teams Excellent situational awareness and judgment in high-pressure situations
