Quality Pork Processors is seeking a dedicated and professional HR Admin to join our team in Austin, MN. This full-time opportunity is ideal for a bilingual individual who excels at communication, organization, and employee support. As our HR Admin, you'll be a key resource for employees throughout the day. You'll make and return calls, answer questions related to attendance, payroll, and benefits, assist employees with important information, and ensure paperwork is completed, organized, and up to date. From maintaining employee records to handling filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks, you'll help keep our HR department running efficiently while creating a positive experience for employees across the organization.
