Position: National Recruiter (Sales Recruiter) As a National Sales Recruiter at Jackson Therapy Partners, you'll play a pivotal role in connecting talented healthcare professionals with life-changing opportunities across the nation. Your responsibilities include: Meeting or exceeding sales targets through proactive sourcing, screening, and interviewing of candidates. Cultivating strong relationships with candidates, clients, and team members. Negotiating placement packages to ensure mutual satisfaction. Providing ongoing support to traveling clinicians to maintain retention and build future pipelines. Qualifications: High School or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred. Sales-oriented mindset with a passion for competition and goal attainment. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment.
