Under New Management Wilshire At Lakewood is a beautiful one‑floor community with 170 beds, located in Lee Summit, MO. We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and/or Registered Nurses to join our clinical team in maintaining high‑level resident care. PTO Comprehensive Benefits Great Management Team Responsibilities Record a patient’s medical history accurately. Take and record measurements of blood pressure, temperature, heart rate etc. Observe patients under treatment to identify progress, side‑effects of medications etc. Monitor patients’ condition including fluid intake and output and compose patient charts. Assist ailing patients in daily necessary activities such as eating, bathing etc. Administer injections, prescribed medications, enemas etc., clean and dress wounds and assist with other basic medical care tasks. General nursing tasks as required. Requirements Must have an active license in the state of Missouri as an LPN or RN. Familiarity with health, safety, and sanitation standards and procedures.
