General Sales Manager Department: Sales Employment Type: Full Time Location: Cedar Falls, IA Reporting To: Company Leadership Description Seamless Exterior is a residential exterior home improvement company serving the Cedar Falls market, backed by LB Capital, a home services platform with more than a dozen exterior brands across the country. We are hiring a General Sales Manager to own the performance of the sales team, recruit and develop closers, and grow revenue in a market that runs year round. This is a lead from the front seat for someone who can still sell and who would rather build a team than manage a spreadsheet. Key Responsibilities Own the performance of the sales team and hold reps accountable to measurable weekly and monthly numbers Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent so the team grows without a drop in close rate Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and drive the activity that hits them Ride along with reps, coach in the home, and model what a great in home presentation looks like Run the sales meeting rhythm and keep the team sharp on product, pricing, and objection handling Report on pipeline, close rate, average job size, and revenue to company leadership Partner with marketing and production so leads convert cleanly and sold jobs get installed on schedule Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 3 or more years leading a residential sales team in roofing, siding, gutters, windows, or a related home improvement trade Proven track record of building and scaling a team that hits aggressive revenue targets Strong recruiter and coach who can develop new reps into consistent closers Comfortable managing a commission heavy pay plan and the accountability that comes with it Lives in or will relocate to the Cedar Falls market and can be in the field with the team Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Must pass a pre employment background check Benefits Base salary plus commission tied to the revenue your team produces, with real upside for a leader who hits plan Medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) with company match Paid time off Backing of a national home services platform, including sales training and leadership development A market with year round demand and an established brand behind you #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire Right Recruiting
