Responsibilities include:Assigns accurate ICD diagnosis codes, using compliant documentation.Assigns accurate CPT/HCPCS codes to records, using compliant documentation.Applies knowledge of Coding Guidelines to select the appropriate diagnosis code.Other duties as assigned.Minimum Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.
