Local Contract Nurse RN - OR - Operating Room - $50-53 per hour

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions HCA is seeking a local contract nurse RN OR - Operating Room for a local contract nursing job in Miami, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

• Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, flexible
• Employment Type: Local Contract

Must have (includes certifications and special skills, ex: ACLS, BLS, NIH

· BLS, ACLS

· Must have 2 years current experience in an acute hospital setting, not a surgical center

· Strong ortho, neuro and robotics experience, must be willing to float to general OR

List Typical Procedures Performed on Unit(s):

· Robotics/Da Vinci experience and scrubbing

Additional Preferences: (ex: previous travel experience preferred, easily adaptable to fast paced unit, can function well independently)

· Prepare operating room, arrange equipment, assist doctor's during surgeries

· · Inspect, maintain, decontaminate and repair surgical equipment, keeping inventory records, pre and post-surgical repair including shaving, transporting and applying dressings
