· Create a warm and welcoming environment for infants and toddlers
· Keep up with numerous individualized schedules, including feeding, naps, and diapering
· Maintain accurate daily records of activities, meals, diaper changes, and naps
· Follow all health, safety, and DSS licensing regulations
· Respond promptly and professionally to parent communications
· Help smooth transitions and regulate various temperaments throughout the day
· Organize and implement age-appropriate crafts and sensory activities
· Provide loving and attentive care during diapering, feeding, and naptime routines
· Supervise toddler mealtimes and introduce basic developmental concepts We’re Looking for Someone Who:
· Is highly organized and detail-oriented
· Has experience with infants and toddlers
· Is calm, nurturing, and patient in a fast-paced environment
· Can balance structure with flexibility to meet children’s individual needs
