Overview
Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical, travel assignment in Portland, Oregon, United States. Start date 09/14/2026 for approximately 13 weeks. Weekly pay between $1,878 and $1,990 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shift: Day shift, 7:00 AM–7:30 PM (12-hour shifts). Work setting: Short-Term Acute Care Hospital with Med-Surg patient care.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct nursing care for Med-Surg patients following the nursing process and established standards
- Monitor patient conditions, administer medications and treatments, and manage IVs and devices
- Develop and implement individualized care plans; coordinate with physicians, therapists, and families
- Conduct patient and family education; participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
- Supervise and delegate tasks to assigned nursing staff; promote a safe, healing environment
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to support safe, high-quality patient outcomes

Requirements
- Current RN license in the state of practice (Oregon)
- BLS certification (AHA-BLS or ARC-BLS) required
- EPIC EMR experience required
- Minimum of 2 years of recent Med-Surg/acute care experience
- BSN preferred
- Must be able to work in a hospital setting on a day shift schedule
