Minimum Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program
• Completed CFY and current Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Willingness to learn

Assignment Details

• Shift Hours: 0800-1630
• Shift Days: Mon, Tue, Wed, Thu, Fri
• Potential for on call for swingbed
• Dress code: Scrubs top and bottom
• Documentation system: WebPT and Medhost
