About the Role: As a Resident Care Aide, you will be responsible for: Providing direct care to residents in a warm, welcoming, and respectful environment Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Monitoring and reporting any changes in resident condition or behavior Developing and implementing personalized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident Collaborating with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient delivery of care Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records and reports Responsibilities: Provide individualized care to residents, including medication administration and vital sign monitoring Participate in care conferences and contribute to the development of individualized care plans Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration Maintain a clean and organized environment, adhering to infection control and safety standards Respond to resident needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner Requirements: 0 years of experience in a healthcare setting (training provided) High school diploma or equivalent Ability to lift, transfer, and move residents as needed Strong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
