Bilingual (Spanish) Speech-Language Pathologist (Early Intervention)

Duties Conduct thorough assessments of young children’s speech and language abilities using comprehensive evaluation tools and techniques. Develop and implement individualized speech-language therapy plans tailored to each child's unique needs, focusing on early intervention strategies. Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions at our center and at the child's home or daycare/preschool, ensuring accessibility for families across diverse settings. Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support consistent progress and reinforce therapy goals at home. Maintain detailed documentation of patient progress, session notes, and treatment outcomes. Educate families on speech and language development milestones, strategies for improvement, and ways to support their child's communication skills. Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program. Valid CA Speech-Language Pathology license required. Proven experience working with pediatric populations, including early intervention services for children with speech or language delays. Strong knowledge of speech therapy techniques, language therapy strategies, patient assessment methods, and speech-language pathology plan implementation. Experience working with children with disabilities or speech impairments; familiarity with multidisciplinary collaboration is highly valued. Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with families, caregivers, educators, and healthcare professionals.
