This contracted position runs from September 3, 2026, through June 11, 2027, offering a unique opportunity to work part-time (.5 FTE) within elementary or middle school settings near Lynnwood, WA. Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Washington State (or eligibility for licensure)
• Previous experience in a school setting preferred
• Knowledgeable in IEP development, goal setting, and progress tracking
• Comfortable working across varied age groups, especially elementary and middle school students
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with school staff and families
• Ability to adapt to changing caseloads and assignments

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students according to their IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to assess needs and develop appropriate interventions
• Support students’ functional independence in classroom and school-based activities
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services, assessments, and progress
• Educate teachers and families regarding strategies to enhance student participation
• Adjust interventions according to ongoing assessment and student feedback
