About the Role As a skilled Senior Recruiting Manager, you’ll own full-cycle recruiting across every function of our growing organization. You’ll partner directly with hiring managers to understand their needs, develop effective recruitment strategies, and identify talent who will thrive in our manufacturing environment. This is a high visibility, high impact role reporting to the VP of People.
