Interventional Radiology NurseThis is a 13-week contract position.4x10 Hour Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PMThe Interventional Radiology Nurse will provide care in a fast-paced environment focusing on conscious sedation and telemetry. The nurse will work closely with procedures related to stroke and must understand interventional radiology (IR) procedures.Manage patient care during interventional radiology proceduresAdminister conscious sedation and monitor patient vital signsCoordinate with the medical team to ensure effective patient outcomesParticipate in on-call rotations; have to be at the hospital within 30 minutes when on callProvide coverage in pre and post units as neededMinimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical nursing settingACLS and BCLS certifications required; PALS preferredBasic understanding of interventional radiology procedures is essentialExperience with telemetry and conscious sedation is necessaryAt ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
