Job Description: We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Door Hanger Installers. In this role, you will be responsible for distributing door hangers in designated neighborhoods, promoting our brand and services. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to earn bonuses on top of your hourly wage based on performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Distribute door hangers in assigned areas, ensuring proper placement and visibility.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing our company.
Track and report daily progress and completion of routes.
Adhere to safety guidelines and operational procedures.
Collaborate with the team to meet distribution goals and maximize outreach.
Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Reliable transportation to and from assigned areas.
Strong communication skills.
Prior experience in sales or marketing is a plus but not required.
Compensation:
Competitive hourly wage with the potential for performance-based bonuses.
Mileage is paid for daily.
