Senior Project ManagerWe are seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager to oversee complex customer and internal projects from initial order receipt through final delivery and project completion. This leadership role is responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, mitigating risks, and ensuring successful execution across domestic and international operations.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in manufacturing or industrial environments and excels at driving collaboration between engineering, production, supply chain, and business teams to achieve operational and customer objectives.Key responsibilities include managing multiple projects through all phases of execution, developing and maintaining project schedules, coordinating activities between various teams, leading project meetings, monitoring project performance, serving as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, collaborating with U.S. and international teams, establishing project governance processes, driving continuous improvement initiatives, supporting the implementation of project management systems, mentoring project staff, and fostering accountability and teamwork.Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related discipline, minimum of 7 years of project management experience, demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams, strong understanding of manufacturing workflows, excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, experience with project management platforms, working knowledge of ERP and business systems, familiarity with project management methodologies, and ability to travel up to 20-30% domestically and occasionally internationally.
