Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor‘s, Master‘s or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Prefer Medicare/Medicaid credentialed

• Patient care schedule operates on a 40-minute 1-1 basis
