In this role, you'll work with business and IT partners to turn data into meaningful insights, dashboards, and reporting that support operational and strategic decisions across our Equipment, Technology, and Services (ET&S) business. Apply business acumen, analytical thinking, and technology capabilities to identify opportunities that drive innovation and competitive advantage. Translate complex business challenges into scalable data, analytics, and technology solutions that enable better decision-making and outcomes. Collaborate across business and technical teams to design solutions that improve performance, unlock value, and advance strategic objectives. Work closely with solutions delivery leads, data engineers, developers, architects, analysts, product owners, and IT partners throughout the delivery lifecycle. Support solution design, validation, testing, deployment, change management, and continuous improvement activities. Serve as a trusted advisor, connecting people, processes, data, and technology to create lasting value.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)Professional or educational experience working with data and analyticsExperience presenting data, analysis, or recommendations through coursework, internships, projects, or professional experienceExperience working with data in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, data manipulation) Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills What Will Put You AheadBachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related fieldExperience using GenAI to create work efficiencies Exposure to data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platformsUnderstanding of business concepts or business operationsFamiliarity with SQL, Python, or other analytics toolsDemonstrated economic thinking or ability to connect analysis to business valueExperience with project management, Agile concepts, or cross-functional project workAt Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
