Job Summary

Regency is seeking experienced MIG Welders to join our team in Ennis, TX. The ideal candidate will have experience performing high-quality MIG welding in a manufacturing environment while maintaining safety and production standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding on metal components according to specifications and blueprints.
• Inspect welds to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
• Operate welding equipment safely and efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.

Requirements

• Previous MIG welding experience required.
• Ability to pass a welding test.
• Must provide personal welding equipment, including:
• • Welding Helmet
  • Steel Toe Shoes
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints and measurements.
• Strong attention to detail and quality.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding work.
