Hearing Loss Solutions, a comprehensive hearing healthcare practice in Sherman Oaks, is seeking a Marketing & Outreach Specialist to take full ownership of the practice's marketing, brand presence, physician outreach, and community engagement.

This is a hands-on, individual contributor role within a small practice. The position is typically three days per week in the office , with the remaining time spent in the field conducting physician outreach, building referral relationships, attending events, and representing Hearing Loss Solutions throughout the Los Angeles area.

There is no marketing team to manage. This person will be responsible for creating the strategy and executing it , working directly with practice leadership to grow the brand, strengthen physician referral relationships, increase community visibility, and attract new patients.

The ideal candidate is creative, resourceful, and highly self-directed. They should be equally comfortable developing a campaign, creating content, analyzing results, walking into a physician's office, or representing the practice at a community event.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute the practice's marketing strategy across digital, social, community, physician, and traditional channels
  
• Manage the practice's brand, messaging, and overall presence across platforms
  
• Develop and execute campaigns to increase awareness, patient acquisition, referrals, and practice growth
  
• Build physician referral relationships through regular in-person office visits, outreach, and follow-up throughout the Los Angeles area
  
• Create and manage social media, digital content, email marketing, YouTube, and other patient-facing campaigns
  
• Develop marketing materials and coordinate digital campaigns and patient acquisition funnels
  
• Identify and participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local partnerships
  
• Track marketing performance, physician referrals, and defined KPIs, adjusting strategies based on results
  
• Continually identify and test new ideas and opportunities to grow the practice and strengthen its brand
  

Requirements

• Must be able to regularly travel throughout the Los Angeles area for physician outreach, networking, events, and other marketing activities
  
• 3+ years of professional experience in marketing, outreach, business development, communications, or a related field
  
• Demonstrated experience creating and executing marketing campaigns from concept through completion
  
• Experience with digital marketing, social media, content creation, and brand management
  
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills with the confidence to represent the practice in professional and community settings
  
• Highly self-directed, creative, and adaptable, with the ability to independently own the marketing function within a small-business environment
  
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred
  
• Healthcare, physician outreach, or medical practice marketing experience is a plus
