Shift :-

Travel Details (If Required):  Less than 25% of the time and typically single day trips with an occasional overnight stay.

Preferred Work Schedule: 8am to 4:30pm Remote Monday & Friday

8am to 4:30pm In Office (Warren) Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday

Job Responsibilities:
As a Hard Trim and Overhead Systems DRE, you will be responsible to develop and integrate injection molded hard trim and overhead components into the vehicle interior.

Specific component integration that you will be responsible for include:

• Injection Molded Hard Trim components.

• Overhead systems components.

This position involves responsibility for development activities throughout a vehicle’s lifecycle including:

• Definition of requirements

• Execution of design

• Testing and validation

Additional Skills (Indicate if preferred or required):-Preferred Skills (not a requirement)

• 0 to 3 years of Design Release Engineer (DRE) experience developing and executing technical solutions for injection molded hard trim or overhead systems at a vehicle OEM

• Knowledge of plastic materials, compression molding and injection molding

• Experience resolving ergonomic issues related to hard trim or overhead systems
