Clinical Nurse Coordinator Medical Unit

Mission Health seeks a Clinical Nurse Coordinator for our Cardiac Intensive Care Unit (CICU) in Asheville, NC. In this leadership role, you’ll coordinate daily CICU operations, support bedside nurses, and ensure safe, high-quality care for complex cardiac and critically ill patients. You’ll collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, drive quality and safety initiatives, mentor staff, and help optimize patient flow.
