Service Desk Analyst

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Excellent customer service, communication and analytical skills. Positive, professional, team player attitude. Strong work ethic and ability to self-motivate. Ability to organize and prioritize work in a fast-paced, changing environment. Technical aptitude with a focus on continuous learning and development. Functional knowledge of Apple and Windows Operating Systems. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician. Certain states and localities require employers to post a reasonable estimate of the salary range. A reasonable estimate of the current base pay range for this position is $22.88 - $28.80 per hour. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors, including shift, location, experience, skill set, performance, licensure and certification, and business needs. The range for this position in other geographic locations may differ.
