Responsibilities
Deliver Exceptional Customer Service :Provide outstanding support to our clients, ensuring their needs are met.
Offer Tailored Insurance Solutions: Customize insurance plans that address the unique needs of individuals and businesses.
Build Lasting Client Relationships: Engage with clients to foster strong connections and ensure ongoing satisfaction.
Stay Informed on Industry Trends: Keep up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
Collaborate with the Team :Work together to drive sales and achieve our business goals.
Requirements
Education :High school diploma or equivalent required.
Sales Experience :Previous sales experience preferred; insurance sales experience is a plus.
Communication Skills:Strong verbal and interpersonal skills are essential.
Motivation :Highly motivated and results-driven mindset.
Teamwork: Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Licensing Requirement: Must obtain specific insurance licenses within a given timeframe.
