Our stores close at 2 pm — you never miss a dance recital or a once‑in‑a‑lifetime concert. We are looking for a Shift Leader! Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel. The bagel is delicious on its own, but the cream cheese adds a lot of flavor and helps hold it all together. What’s a day in the life of a Shift Leader? Our Shift Leaders collaborate directly with the General Manager to motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience. They set the morale and tone of the team, provide feedback, coach team members, and open and close the store with little to no supervision. The team takes pride in ensuring the quality of food and beverages, and in keeping a safe and clean store environment.
