Established, high-volume pediatric practices in Wisconsin are seeking a Pediatric Dentist to join a collaborative, dentist-led organization. Walk into an existing patient base with strong internal referrals and full operational support.
Position Highlights

Compensation & Benefits
- $400,000 base compensation plus production incentive
- Earning potential $500,000+
- 12 month guarantee period

Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive pediatric dental care including preventive, restorative, and surgical procedures within scope
- Manage patients with behavioral or complex dental needs
- Educate patients and families on oral health and hygiene
- Collaborate with general dentists and specialists to coordinate care
- Support and lead clinical team members to ensure positive patient experiences
Qualifications
- DDS or DMD from an accredited program
- Completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Wisconsin
- Strong patient-focused communication and clinical excellence
