Global Repair Group is the leading provider of case management services to the airline industry when a passenger’s medical device is delayed, lost, or damaged, both throughout the United States and internationally.

What We REALLY Do

A delayed flight. A damaged wheelchair. A trip that was supposed to be simple suddenly becomes overwhelming. In those moments, people aren’t thinking about processes or policies. They are thinking about how they will move, how they will get home, and how they will regain a sense of normalcy.

What we do goes far beyond claims. It is about listening when someone is frustrated or scared. It is about slowing things down, asking the right questions, and finding a path forward when independence feels out of reach. Every situation is different because every person is different.

The work happens in conversations and in coordination behind the scenes. A repaired chair is returned. Mobility is restored. Confidence comes back. It is thoughtful, human work that requires patience, problem-solving, and genuine care.

That’s why we are in-office Monday through Friday, 8:30–5:00. There is no substitute for real-time collaboration, hands-on mentorship, and the kind of support that only happens face-to-face.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong customer-first mindset
• Confident, polished phone presence
• Highly organized with sharp attention to detail
• Strong critical thinking skills — you’re comfortable thinking beyond the obvious
• Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating Microsoft Office and internal systems
• Ability to prioritize, multitask, and stay focused in a fast-paced environment
• A positive, upbeat energy that people can feel through the phone
• Curiosity, coachability, and the willingness to learn — even if it means taking smart risks

Work Schedule and Flexibility:

Our team works together in person at our Deerfield, IL office, Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM

We offer:

• Optional Work-from-Home Fridays
• Optional Work-from-Home during Thanksgiving week
• Optional Work-from-Home the week between Christmas and New Year's Day

New employees become eligible for these flexible work arrangements after their first 90 days, upon successful completion of their initial training

This role starts at a base salary of $50,000.

Employees are eligible for our Quarterly Bonus Program after 90 days, and we offer a Signing Bonus paid after 6 months of employment.
