Job Description

We are looking for an Hvac Installer to join our team! You will install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems.

Responsibilities:

Install new HVAC systems, ducting, braze copper linesets, vacuum and charge systems
Inspect and perform equipment repairs and replacements
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

Qualifications:

Three years previous experience in HVAC
Familiarity with HVAC wiring diagrams,
Able to follow plans/building documents
Ability to handle physical workload, lift 50 lbs
Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
Must speak respectfully to cusomers and work well with a team
Have a clean driving record

Most important unquantifiable skills-

Cares about the customer, and about San Luis Obispo county

Cares about being honest

Does not always have to be right

Can do things another way

Someone who is quick to listen, slow to speak, and slow to become angry
