Tech - CT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled CT Tech to join our team for an upcoming assignment. The ideal candidate will assist with diagnostic imaging procedures, ensuring patient safety and quality imaging standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain CT imaging equipment to produce accurate diagnostic images.
• Follow protocol and safety guidelines, including verifying patient identities and ensuring compliance with radiation safety standards.
• Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare staff to deliver optimal patient care.
• Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of procedures, including patient information and imaging results.
• Adhere to facility policies, including infection control and confidentiality protocols.
• Prepare and position patients correctly for imaging procedures to achieve optimal results.

Qualifications:

• Valid WV or Compact CT Technologist license; pending licenses may be considered.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a CT Technologist.
• ARRT certification in CT is required.
• Ability to work a 3x12 hour day shift (7:00-19:00).
• Proven knowledge of CERNER charting and imaging modules.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications through AHA are mandatory.
